We try to stock grits in a 90 grade (mainly for rotary tumblers) and a 220 grit for the vibratory tumblers.

The pre-polish grit is a 500-600 grit, and it's grade is much less important than how it's used. The grit breaks down quickly, especially in a vibrating tumbler, and will start the polish action if left to run a little bit longer than the average recommended times.
